AgileEngine is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform for clinical ops and program delivery. You will work with .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure to guide AI agents through planning, testing, and delivery, focusing on verification and governance.

Responsibilities include building backend services, APIs, and portals while ensuring security and tenant isolation. Strong experience with Azure and agentic tooling is required for high-scale, safety-critical

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Proficiency with .NET 8/9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core and PostgreSQL.
• Strong React and TypeScript experience in component-based apps.
• Solid Azure deployment and operational ownership.
• Experience using Claude Code or similar agentic tools for end-to-end delivery.
• Ability to translate product objectives into executable agent work and verify output.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure using an agentic workflow.
• Prioritize V1 delivery, assigned work, and UAT readiness before optimization.
• Convert changing product directions into practical delivery plans.
• Align with stakeholders when requirements conflict.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Review generated work rigorously before deployment.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences.
• Maintain security, tenant isolation, encryption, and least privilege access for PHI.
