AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform for clinical ops and program delivery. You will work across .NET, C#, React, and Azure, guiding AI agents through planning and testing to verify results and drive delivery.

You will contribute to backend services, APIs, and portal experiences while ensuring security and tenant isolation for protected data. This staff-level role emphasizes strong technical judgment and stakeholder collaboration.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Recent production experience with .NET 8/9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, and PostgreSQL.
• Recent production experience with React and TypeScript in component-based apps.
• Strong Azure experience including production deployment and ownership.
• Proven use of Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for end-to-end feature delivery.
• Ability to translate product objectives into executable agent work and verify outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure using an agentic-first workflow.
• Prioritize V1 delivery, assigned work, and UAT/demo readiness before optimization.
• Convert changing product directions into practical delivery plans and keep momentum.
• Align with stakeholders when requirements or priorities change.
• Use the AI Skill consistently and route workflow improvements without displacing delivery.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, debugging, and validation.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences across the platform.
• Preserve security, auditability, tenant isolation, encryption, and least privilege access for PHI.
