AgileEngine, LLC. seeks a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform for clinical ops, using .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure. You will guide AI agents through planning and testing, ensuring verification rather than writing every line by hand.

You will own backend services, APIs, and portal experiences while ensuring security, tenant isolation, and compliant data handling. Strong architectural judgment and SaaS discipline are required for high-velocity delivery.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Proficient with .NET 8/9, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, PostgreSQL.
• React and TypeScript experience in component-based apps.
• Azure deployment and operational ownership.
• Experience with Claude Code or similar agentic tools for end-to-end delivery.
• Translate product objective into executable agent work and validate outcomes.
• Ability to work within an AI Skill governance model and propose bounded improvements.
• Senior judgment with the ability to deliver V1 features at pace.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, testing, and pipelines.
• Strong communication with blockers escalations and clear priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React, TS, and Azure using agentic workflows.
• Prioritize V1 delivery, assigned work, and UAT/demo readiness.
• Turn changing product direction into a practical delivery plan.
• Align with stakeholders when requirements or priorities conflict.
• Use the AI Skill consistently and route workflow improvements without delaying delivery.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Review generated work rigorously; verify outputs beyond agent suggestions.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences.
• Preserve security, tenant isolation, encryption, and least privilege access.
• Make blockers, decisions, and risks visible to the team.
