AgileEngine seeks a Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform for clinical operations. Work in .NET, C#, React, and Azure; guide AI agents through planning and testing while verifying output.

The role requires strong architectural judgment, experience with multi-tenant SaaS, and production ownership. You will deliver end-to-end features, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure security and auditability.

Formación

• 4+ years as software engineer with strong backend focus.
• Production experience with .NET 8/9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, PostgreSQL.
• Production React and TypeScript in component-based apps.
• Strong Azure experience including deployment and ownership.
• Proven use of Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for end-to-end delivery.
• Translate product objectives into executable agent work and verify outputs.
• Work within an AI Skill governance model and propose bounded improvements.
• Senior product judgment, ability to handle changing requirements and deliver V1.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, automated testing, pipelines, and production validation.
• Strong communication and early escalation of blockers; provide clear priorities.
• Reliable US Eastern Time overlap for full-time engagement.
• Ability to demonstrate agentic workflow in live AI coding exercises.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver features across .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure using agentic workflows.
• Prioritize V1 delivery, assigned work, and UAT readiness before optimization.
• Convert changing product direction into practical delivery plans to keep momentum.
• Align with stakeholders when requirements or priorities conflict.
• Use AI Skill consistently and route workflow improvements without delaying delivery.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Review generated work rigorously; verify instead of accepting outputs at face value.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences.
• Ensure security, tenant isolation, encryption, and least-privilege access for PHI.
• Make blockers and risks visible to the team and define next steps.
