AgileEngine is seeking a Senior/Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform for clinical operations, working with .NET, C#, React, and Azure. The role guides AI agents through planning, testing, and validation to deliver end-to-end features with strong technical judgment.

The candidate will own backend services, APIs, and portal experiences while ensuring security, auditability, and tenant isolation for protected health information, and maintain close alignment with stakeholders in

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient with .NET 8/9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, PostgreSQL.
• Experience with React and TypeScript in component-based apps.
• Strong Azure deployment and operations ownership.
• Proven use of Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools.
• Ability to translate product objectives into agent work and verify outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure using AI-driven workflows.
• Prioritize V1 delivery, assigned work, and demos before optimization.
• Turn changing product direction into actionable delivery plans.
• Align with stakeholders when requirements conflict.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Review generated work rigorously, not just accept agent output.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portals.
• Preserve security, tenant isolation, encryption, and least privilege for PHI.
• Make blockers and risks visible to the team.
