AgileEngine is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform supporting clinical operations and program delivery. You will work with .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure to direct AI agents through planning, testing, and verification, ensuring secure handling of protected health information.

You will build backend services, APIs, and portal experiences while maintaining security, tenant isolation, and least-privilege access.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure using an agentic first engineering workflow.
• Prioritize functional V1 delivery and ensure UAT or demos are ready before additional work.
• Translate product direction into actionable delivery plans and keep momentum.
• Align with stakeholders when requirements clash and manage delivery expectations.
