AgileEngine is seeking a Senior or Lead Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform supporting clinical operations and program delivery. You’ll work with .NET, C#, React, and Azure, guiding AI agents through planning and testing and ensuring secure, compliant delivery.

You will build backend services, APIs, and portal experiences while maintaining tenant isolation and encryption for protected health information, and you’ll verify outputs rather than hand-coding every line.

Formación

• MUST HAVES: 4+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong production experience with .NET 8/9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, PostgreSQL.
• Proficient in React and TypeScript for component based apps.
• Solid Azure experience including deployment and operations.
• Proven use of Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for end-to-end delivery.
• Ability to translate product objectives into executable agent work and verify outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure with agentic workflows.
• Plan, prioritize, and demo readiness; drive V1 delivery and avoid scope creep.
• Convert changing product directions into actionable delivery plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align requirements and priorities.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Review generated work rigorously and ensure security, tenancy, and compliance.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences.
• Maintain encryption and least privilege access for protected health information.
• Communicate blockers and risks early; keep team aligned on priorities.
