AgileEngine, Inc. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to maintain and modernize a portfolio of employee lifecycle applications.

You will work primarily in Python/Django with some Java/Spring Boot and React, strengthening integrations with enterprise platforms and evolving tools toward AI-enabled workflows. You will maintain and improve key Employee Lifecycle Applications, strengthen integrations with Workday and iCIMS, and drive scalability, security, and better user experience.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Hands-on with Python/Django (back-end priority).
• Hands-on experience with Java/Spring Boot.
• Strong testing, debugging, and bug resolution skills.
• Experience integrating applications with LLMs, AI assistants, agents, or other generative AI capabilities.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and modern authentication (OAuth 2.0).
• Familiarity with AI security and governance, including data handling and auditability.
• Front-end experience with TypeScript/React.
• Good JIRA practices and strong technical documentation skills.
• Upper-intermediate English.
