AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to maintain and modernize a portfolio of employee lifecycle applications. The role emphasizes Python/Django back-end work, with Java/Spring Boot and React for front-end integrations.

You will strengthen integrations with Workday and iCIMS, and evolve these tools toward scalable, secure, AI-enabled workflows. This is a remote role with flexible hours and collaboration with global teams.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience with Python/Django.
• Hands-on experience with Java/Spring Boot.
• Experience integrating applications with LLMs, AI assistants, agents, or other generative AI capabilities.
• Experience with REST APIs and modern authentication and authorization patterns, including OAuth 2.0, token management, scopes, and least-privilege access.
• Familiarity with AI security and governance.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript/React.
• Good JIRA practices and strong technical documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve key Employee Lifecycle Applications.
• Strengthen and maintain the applications' integrations with Workday and iCIMS to support the candidate and employee lifecycle.
• Enhance and modernize these applications to improve scalability, security, and user experience.
