AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to maintain and modernize a portfolio of employee lifecycle applications used across candidate acquisition and development. You will work primarily in Python/Django with some Java/Spring Boot and React, strengthening integrations with enterprise platforms and evolving tools toward AI-enabled workflows.

The role emphasizes backend and frontend excellence, hands-on API work, and building secure, scalable solutions with modern authentication.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on Python/Django backend.
• Hands-on Java/Spring Boot experience.
• Experience integrating with LLMs, AI assistants, agents, or generative AI.
• REST APIs with OAuth 2.0 and least-privilege access.
• Experience with AI security and governance.
• Strong TypeScript/React experience.
• Upper-intermediate English level.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and improve key Employee Lifecycle Applications.
• Strengthen and maintain the applications' integrations with Workday and iCIMS to support the candidate and employee lifecycle.
• Enhance and modernize these applications to improve scalability, security, and user experience.
