AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to maintain and modernize a portfolio of employee lifecycle applications. You will work primarily in Python/Django with some Java/Spring Boot and React, strengthening integrations with enterprise platforms and evolving these tools toward AI-enabled, agent-based workflows.

You will maintain and improve key Employee Lifecycle Applications, strengthen integrations with Workday and iCIMS, and enhance scalability, security, and user experience

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Hands-on with Python/Django (backend).
• Hands-on with Java/Spring Boot.
• Experience integrating with AI capabilities and generative AI.
• Strong REST APIs and modern auth patterns (OAuth 2.0, token management).
• Experience with TypeScript/React and Jira practices.
