AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to maintain and modernize a portfolio of employee lifecycle applications. You’ll work primarily in Python/Django with some Java/Spring Boot and React, strengthening integrations with enterprise platforms and advancing AI-enabled workflows.

You will improve scalability, security, and user experience across Workday and iCIMS integrations, while delivering robust REST APIs and secure authentication patterns.

Formación

• 4+ years of software development experience with backend focus in Python/Django.
• Hands-on Java/Spring Boot experience.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs with modern auth (OAuth 2.0).
• Experience integrating with AI capabilities and LLMs.
• Proficient in TypeScript/React and frontend state management.
• Strong testing, debugging, and documentation skills.
• Upper-intermediate English.
