AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to maintain and modernize a portfolio of employee lifecycle applications used across candidate acquisition and development. You will work primarily in Python/Django for backend and TypeScript/React for frontend, strengthening integrations with Workday and iCIMS and guiding AI-enabled workflows.

You will improve scalability, security, and user experience, tackle debugging challenges, and collaborate with global teams on cutting-edge projects.

Formación

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Experience with Python/Django backend development.
• Hands-on experience with Java/Spring Boot.
• Experience integrating applications with AI capabilities and generative AI.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and modernize key Employee Lifecycle Applications.
• Strengthen integrations with Workday and iCIMS to support lifecycle events.
• Enhance scalability, security, and user experience of the applications.
