AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to maintain and modernize a portfolio of employee lifecycle applications. You will work primarily in Python/Django with some Java/Spring Boot and React, strengthening integrations with enterprise platforms and evolving tools toward AI-enabled workflows.

The role focuses on scalable, secure REST APIs, AI integrations, and a strong emphasis on quality and documentation, all within a remote-friendly, growth-oriented culture.

Formación

• 4+ years in software development, with strong backend focus on Python/Django.
• Hands-on experience with Java/Spring Boot.
• Strong testing, debugging, and bug-resolution skills.
• Experience integrating applications with LLMs, AI assistants, agents, or other generative AI capabilities.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and modern auth patterns including OAuth 2.0, token management, scopes, and least-privilege access.
• Familiarity with AI security and governance, including sensitive data handling and auditability.
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript/React.
• Good JIRA practices and technical documentation skills.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
