AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to maintain and modernize a portfolio of employee lifecycle applications used across candidate acquisition and development.

The role emphasizes Python/Django backend work, with Java/Spring Boot and React on the stack, and aims to evolve tools toward AI-enabled workflows. You will strengthen integrations with enterprise platforms and deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions in a fully remote environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of software development experience, emphasis on backend with Python/Django.
• Hands-on Java/Spring Boot experience.
• Strong testing, debugging, and bug resolution skills.
• Experience integrating apps with AI capabilities (LLMs, AI assistants, agents).
• Experience with REST APIs and modern auth patterns (OAuth 2.0, token scopes, least privilege).
• Familiarity with AI security, governance, and data handling.

• Maintain and improve key Employee Lifecycle Applications.
• Strengthen integrations with Workday and iCIMS to support candidate and employee lifecycle.
• Modernize applications for scalability, security, and better user experience.
