AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to maintain and modernize a portfolio of employee lifecycle applications. You will work primarily in Python/Django with some Java/Spring Boot and React, strengthening integrations with enterprise platforms and evolving tools toward AI-enabled workflows.

You will focus on scalability, security, and a strong user experience while collaborating with global teams on modern tech stacks.

Formación

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong backend with Python/Django; front-end with TypeScript/React is a plus.
• Experience integrating applications with AI capabilities and modern REST APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and modernize employee lifecycle applications.
• Strengthen integrations with Workday and iCIMS for end-to-end lifecycle support.
• Enhance scalability, security, and user experience of the portfolio.
