AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to maintain and modernize a portfolio of employee lifecycle applications, primarily in Python/Django with some Java/Spring Boot and React. This role strengthens integrations with enterprise platforms and evolves tools toward AI-enabled, agent-based workflows.

You will focus on building scalable, secure interfaces, writing tests, and delivering clean documentation as part of a people-first culture.

Formación

• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong Python/Django backend experience.
• Hands-on Java/Spring Boot experience.
• Experience with REST APIs and modern auth patterns (OAuth 2.0, token management, scopes).
• Experience integrating with LLMs/AI assistants.
• Experience with AI security and governance.
• Strong TypeScript/React experience.
• Good Jira practices and documentation skills.
• Upper-intermediate English level.
