AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to maintain and modernize a portfolio of employee lifecycle applications used across candidate acquisition and development. You will work primarily in Python/Django with some Java/Spring Boot and React, strengthening integrations with enterprise platforms and guiding AI-enabled, agent-based workflows.

- 4+ years of software development experience with strong backend in Python/Django.
- Hands-on Java/Spring Boot experience and REST API mastery.
- Experience integrating with LLMs, AI assistants or generative AI.
- Strong testing, debugging and bug resolution skills.
- Experience with OAuth 2.0, token scopes, least-privilege access.
- TypeScript/React experience and modern frontend skills.
- Proficient in English and solid documentation habits.
