AgileEngine seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to maintain and modernize employee lifecycle apps. You will work primarily in Python/Django with some Java/Spring Boot and React, strengthening enterprise integrations and advancing AI-enabled workflows.

The role emphasizes security, scalability, and a strong focus on testing, documentation, and collaborating with global teams to deliver impactful HR tools.

Formación

• 4+ years of software development experience with backend in Python/Django.
• Hands-on Java/Spring Boot experience and API design skills.
• Experience integrating with AI/LLMs and agent-based workflows.
• Strong REST API skills and modern auth patterns (OAuth 2.0, scopes).
• Security-conscious with data handling, audits, and governance.
• Frontend familiarity with TypeScript/React and solid testing practices.
• Good documentation and Jira practices.
