AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to maintain and modernize employee lifecycle applications, primarily in Python/Django with React front-end.

You will strengthen integrations with Workday and iCIMS, advance AI-enabled workflows, and ensure scalability, security, and great user experience across teams.

This is a 100% remote role, with English proficiency and hands-on experience in REST APIs, OAuth, and TypeScript/React.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in software development.
• Hands-on Python/Django backend development.
• Experience with Java/Spring Boot.
• REST APIs with modern auth patterns (OAuth 2.0).
• Experience integrating AI capabilities (LLMs, agents).
• Strong TypeScript/React skills.
• Good testing, debugging, and bug resolution.
• English level: upper-intermediate.
