AgileEngine in Bogotá, Colombia seeks a Senior- or Lead-Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform for clinical operations and program delivery. You will work with .NET, C#, React, and Azure, guiding AI agents through planning and testing while preserving security and data integrity.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Proven production experience with .NET 8/9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core, and PostgreSQL.
• Proven production experience with React and TypeScript in component-based apps.
• Strong Azure experience including deployment and operations ownership.
• Experience with Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for end-to-end feature delivery."
• Ability to translate objectives into agent work, coordinate agents, and verify output via builds/tests.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure using agentic workflows.
• Prioritize V1 delivery, manage work, and ensure UAT/demo readiness.
• Convert changing product direction into actionable delivery plans.
• Align with stakeholders when requirements or references conflict.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, and validation.
• Review generated work rigorously before release to production.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portal experiences.
• Maintain security, tenant isolation, encryption, and least privilege access for PHI.
