AgileEngine in Colombia (Villavicencio) seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build a multi-tenant platform using .NET, C#, React, and Azure. You’ll drive AI agents, ensure security and compliance for protected health information, and deliver V1 features at pace in a collaborative, fast-growing environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Proven production experience with .NET 8/9, C#, ASP.NET Core Web API, EF Core and PostgreSQL.
• Recent React and TypeScript experience in component-based apps.
• Strong Azure experience including deployment and operations.
• Experience using Claude Code or equivalent agentic tools for end-to-end feature delivery.
• Ability to translate product objectives into executable agent work and verify output.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, testing, pipelines, and production validation.
• Excellent communication and proactive blockers escalation.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver production features across .NET, C#, React, TypeScript, and Azure using an agentic workflow.
• Prioritize V1 delivery, assigned work, and UAT readiness before optimization.
• Convert changing product direction into a practical delivery plan.
• Coordinate with stakeholders when requirements conflict.
• Utilize AI Skill consistently and route workflow improvements without delaying delivery.
• Direct AI agents through planning, implementation, testing, debugging, and validation.
• Review generated work rigorously and verify with builds and tests.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and portals across the platform.
• Ensure security, auditability, tenant isolation, encryption, and least privilege access for PHI.
• Make blockers, decisions, risks, and next steps visible to the team.
