You will diagnose issues across distributed backends built on Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka, while partnering with Client Support and GTM to maintain SLAs.

• Proven software engineering experience with backend focus in Java/Spring Boot.
• Solid frontend experience with React and modern web tech.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of distributed systems and performance issues.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues in live events platform.
• Diagnose problems across distributed systems and event workflows.
• Collaborate with Client Support and GTM teams to triage tickets.
• Ensure SLA compliance and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts and incidents.
• Maintain and update event logic as dependencies evolve.
• Contribute to architecture improvements and system scalability.
• Own code merges, deployments, and production changes.
• Support and onboard engineers as the team grows.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple projects.
