AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own production reliability on a high-scale live events platform serving enterprise clients.

You will diagnose issues across distributed backend systems built on Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka, while collaborating with Client Support and GTM teams to maintain SLA compliance. You will lead rapid execution, demonstrate strong React frontend experience, and take ownership across multiple concurrent projects, while mentoring others and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Backend development with Java + Spring Boot (primary).
• Backend development with Python + Django (secondary).
• Frontend experience with React.
• Experience with Kafka, GraphQL, SQL and/or MongoDB.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Strong debugging and data-analysis skills for production incidents.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues for live events and platform functionality.
• Diagnose problems across distributed systems and event workflows.
• Collaborate with Client Support and GTM teams to triage and resolve tickets.
• Ensure timely issue resolution according to SLAs.
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts and performance degradation.
• Support architecture improvements and system scalability initiatives.
• Own code merges, deployments, and production changes with minimal supervision.
• Mentor and onboard new engineers as the team grows.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple projects.
