AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Technical Lead to resolve production issues on a live, high-traffic hiring product. You will pair deep technical ownership across Java, Python, and React with the ability to lead and mentor engineers through ambiguity.

This role blends hands-on engineering with client impact, keeping complex systems reliable under pressure and ensuring timely resolutions across multiple concurrent projects.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Java/Spring Boot as primary backend stack.
• Django/Python as secondary backend stack.
• React frontend development experience.
• Kafka usage in backend systems.
• GraphQL knowledge for backend.
• SQL or MongoDB experience.
• Build and deployment experience.
• Experience with Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena.
• Senior‑level engineer with ownership across multiple projects.
• Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills.
• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and resolve production issues, focusing on ongoing hiring events.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to triage support tickets.
• Drive timely issue resolution to meet SLAs.
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts or degradation.
• Support architecture changes and integrations affecting events.
• Maintain and update event logic in response to dependencies.
