AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Full Stack Technical Lead to own production issues on a live, high-traffic hiring product. You will pair deep technical ownership across Java, Python, and React with the ability to lead and mentor engineers through ambiguity.

This role blends hands-on engineering with real client impact, ensuring complex systems stay reliable under pressure while guiding architectural decisions and deployments.

Formación

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven backend experience with Java/Spring Boot as primary stack.
• Proven Python/Django experience as secondary backend stack.
• Proficient React frontend development experience.
• Experience with Kafka and GraphQL in backend services.
• Solid SQL or MongoDB experience.
• Strong build, deployment, and release management skills.
• Familiarity with Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena is a plus.
• Ability to ramp up quickly and own multiple concurrent projects.
• Strong ownership, initiative, and independent work capabilities.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and onboard other engineers.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and resolve production issues on live, high-traffic hiring product.
• Lead and mentor engineers through ambiguity while maintaining ownership.
• Collaborate with client-facing teams to triage support tickets and meet SLAs.
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts and performance degradation.
• Support architecture changes and system integrations impacting hiring events.
• Maintain and update event logic in response to dependency changes.
