AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer in a remote-capable role to own production reliability for a high-scale live hiring events platform serving enterprise clients.

You will diagnose issues across distributed backends (Java/Spring Boot) and frontends (React) while collaborating with support and GTM teams to maintain SLA compliance. The role requires rapid execution, ownership of multiple projects, and strong debugging and data-analysis skills, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Backend with Java and Spring Boot is required; Python/Django is a plus.
• Frontend experience with React is required.
• Experience with Kafka/GraphQL/SQL/MongoDB is preferred.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
• Ability to ramp up quickly and own multiple projects.
• Experience diagnosing production incidents and debugging data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues for live hiring events.
• Diagnose problems across distributed systems and event workflows.
• Collaborate with Client Support and GTM to triage tickets.
• Ensure SLA-compliant issue resolution and uptime.
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts and incidents.
• Maintain and update event logic as dependencies evolve.
• Contribute to architecture improvements and system scalability.
• Own code merges, deployments, and production changes with minimal supervision.
• Support and onboard additional engineers as the team grows.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple projects.
