AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own production reliability for a high-scale live hiring events platform serving enterprise clients.

You will diagnose issues across distributed backend systems built on Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka while collaborating with Client Support and GTM teams to maintain SLA compliance. Strong React frontend experience is required and ownership across multiple projects is expected.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong backend experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong backend experience with Python and Django is a plus.
• Strong frontend experience with React.
• Experience with Kafka, GraphQL, SQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues for live events platform.
• Diagnose problems across distributed systems and event workflows.
• Collaborate with Client Support and GTM to triage and resolve tickets.
• Maintain SLA compliance and monitor production systems.
• Own code merges, deployments, and production changes with minimal supervision.
• Provide technical leadership and onboarding for new engineers.
