Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own production reliability for a high-scale live hiring events platform serving enterprise clients. You’ll diagnose issues across distributed backends (Java, Spring Boot, Kafka) while collaborating with Client Support and GTM teams to maintain SLA compliance and fast resolution.

Strong React frontend experience is essential. You will lead deployments, mentor engineers, and contribute to architecture improvements to scale and improve

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues on a high-scale live hiring events platform.
• Diagnose problems across distributed backend systems and integrations.
• Collaborate with Client Support and GTM teams to triage and resolve tickets within SLAs.
• Ensure timely issue resolution and monitor production alerts and performance.
• Own code merges, deployments, and production changes with minimal supervision.
• Provide technical leadership and onboard new engineers as the team grows.
