Forbright Bank is seeking an AVP, Servicing Product Lead to own end-to-end servicing across our digital banking ecosystem. You will partner with the servicing tech lead and engineers to deliver scalable solutions, ensuring outstanding customer experience and operational efficiency.

The role requires leadership in backlog management, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing platform enhancements on Savana, with a focus on regulatory awareness and stakeholder engagement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field with strong domain understanding.
• 6+ years in Product Owner/Business Analyst roles within digital banking or fintech.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Hands-on servicing platform administration or implementation experience.
