Sezzle is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the core banking platform, including the ledger, accounts, balances, and money movement. You will drive discovery, architecture, vendor decisions, requirements, build, launch, and post‑launch activities for a high‑impact fintech infrastructure.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Compliance, Treasury, and Risk, shaping an end‑to‑end platform with real ownership. Prior work on ledger or payments platforms is highly valued.

Formación

• 5–10 years of product experience with financial infrastructure.
• Real ownership of ledgers or payments platforms.
• Experience with APIs, data models, and data flows.
• Comfort with ambiguity and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the banking platform roadmap and end‑to‑end lifecycle.
• Evaluate build‑vs‑buy for core banking platforms and processors.
• Shape account and ledger models with engineering and finance.
• Specify money movement requirements (transfers, ACH, card issuing).
• Ensure auditable systems with reporting and controls.
• Plan migrations and cutover with data mapping and validation.
