Forbright Bank is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Experience Technical Specialist to lead and optimize the bank’s client-facing digital platforms, including online banking and account opening. You will troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and drive continuous improvements while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years in tech within financial services, 3+ years in frontend/full-stack roles, and strong API/cloud experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field required.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in technology, preferably in Financial Services or Banking.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a front end or full stack developer, preferably within financial services.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL; Experience with Python preferred.

• Develop and manage the digital bank’s client-facing technology platforms.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions for digital account opening and online banking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement platform enhancements.
