NuBank in Bogotá is seeking a senior product leader to own customer experience across saving, spending, and credit. You will balance growth, unit economics, and simplicity at scale, while guiding strategy for Cards, Yield, Financing, Payments, and Partnerships.

You will drive major launches, define portfolio strategy, and own critical trade-offs between profitability and engagement, partnering with Engineering, Design, Risk, and Finance. Fluency in English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Owning the end-to-end customer experience across saving, spending, and credit for a high-value customer segment in Colombia.
• Leading strategy and execution across Cards, Yield, Financing, Payments, and Partnerships.
• Defining and driving portfolio and preference strategy, translating goals into a simple, scalable product offering.
• Owning and optimizing pricing, unit economics, credit line performance, asset growth, churn, and retention.
• Leading launches and migrations with strong go-to-market and operational readiness.
• Making trade-offs between growth, profitability, engagement, churn, and portfolio complexity.
• Using data and customer insights to diagnose performance and set priorities.
• Aligning with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Risk, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Partnerships.
• Ensuring execution excellence with clear requirements, rollout plans, feedback loops, and fast iteration.
• Involvement in discovery to launch and impact measurement.
