You will collaborate with product management, regulatory compliance, and client engagement to drive platform adoption and growth, ensuring market relevance. The role requires strategic thinking, execution discipline, and a strong background in digital banking or payments, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in digital banking, payments, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.
• Deep LatAm regulatory environment knowledge across multiple countries.
• Strong product management and digital platform development experience.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Lead commercialization strategy for digital platforms in Latin America, focused on ACAC region.
• Develop and implement strategies to boost platform adoption and usage.
• Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities and product expansion.
• Oversee development and enhancement of digital products with lifecycle discipline.
