Job summary

Massive Rocket Limited is seeking a Senior CRM Consultant to lead multi-channel CRM programmes and optimise campaigns across Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and HubSpot. You will collaborate with CRM Strategists, Project Managers, and clients to translate strategic objectives into flawlessly executed campaigns and measurable outcomes.

You will work across email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels within a modern Martech ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, Lifecycle Marketing, or Customer Engagement roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
• Proven experience executing multi-channel CRM campaigns and customer journeys.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, personalisation, lifecycle marketing, and digital marketing principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of CRM campaigns across multiple channels within Braze.
• Configure Braze to implement journeys and campaign plans.
• Build, launch, and optimise targeted campaigns using segmentation and automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between strategy and execution.
• Manage and analyse customer data to support campaign performance.
• QA campaigns, integrations, and supporting documentation to ensure quality.
• Monitor campaign performance and produce insights and recommendations.
• Serve as a trusted client partner translating business requirements into CRM solutions.
• Stay current with Braze capabilities and best practices.
• Support continuous improvement of delivery processes and platform utilisation.
