Job summary

Ten Lifestyle Group is seeking a Senior CRM Specialist to lead end-to-end CRM campaigns and automations across email and other channels. You will partner with Marketing, Product, Data, CS and Tech to ensure CRM activity aligns with business goals and privacy standards.

You will drive segmentation, personalisation, and testing frameworks, delivering measurable improvements in engagement, activation and retention across our Americas team.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms Braze or Klaviyo.
• Proven experience delivering automated journeys and personalised campaigns at scale.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver CRM campaigns and automated journeys across email and other CRM channels.
• Translate business objectives into CRM strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
• Own end-to-end email marketing strategy including planning, segmentation, automation and optimisation.
• Develop personalised, dynamic content using behavioural, transactional, and preference data.
• Monitor CRM performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
