Job summary

Inspire seeks a CRM Campaign Specialist to manage end-to-end customer communications across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging, using MoEngage as the primary platform. The role emphasizes accurate audience validation, journey orchestration, and timely delivery of campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in digital marketing or CRM, strong organizational skills, and a passion for personalization and data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, information systems, technology, or related field.
• Experience with digital marketing, CRM, or marketing operations.
• Foundational knowledge of HTML and email marketing best practices.
• Experience with MoEngage, Braze, Iterable, Adobe Campaign, or HubSpot is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messages.
• Configure journeys, audiences, and message content based on business requirements.
• Perform QA testing of content, links, personalization, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with CRM, Analytics, and Tech teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Document requirements, schedules, testing results, and processes.
