Inspire Brands, Inc. is seeking a CRM Campaign Specialist to support end-to-end campaign execution across email, push, SMS, and in-app messaging using MoEngage as the primary platform.

You will configure journeys, validate audiences, and ensure timely delivery while collaborating with US-based team members. The role requires a 3+ year background in digital marketing or CRM, strong English, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, CRM marketing, marketing operations, or related field.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns across email, mobile, push, or other channels.
• Experience working with data to support campaign execution, validation, and decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with MoEngage, Braze, Iterable, Adobe Campaign, HubSpot, or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Build, test, and deploy customer marketing campaigns across email, mobile push, SMS, in-app messaging, and other channels.
• Configure journeys, schedules, audiences, and message content based on business requirements.
• Secure approvals and ensure campaigns are launched on schedule.
• Monitor deployments and troubleshoot execution issues.
• Maintain campaign calendars and support daily, weekly, monthly initiatives.
• Support cross-channel campaigns as platforms evolve.
