Job summary

Digital is seeking an experienced Marketing Technology Specialist to lead a Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Braze migration. You will plan, validate, and guide the migration from planning through implementation and verification, ensuring data, campaigns, and configurations transfer accurately.

The role requires deep Braze expertise and a strong ability to coordinate with the client’s technical team, assess risks, and deliver a robust migration roadmap.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Braze experience for customer engagement or lifecycle programs.
• Proven track record migrating from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Braze.
• Strong understanding of SFMC journeys, automations, segmentation, data structures, and campaign logic.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate the SFMC-to-Braze migration strategy, scope, effort estimates, and delivery plan.
• Develop a clear migration roadmap covering data, audiences, campaigns, workflows, configurations, and testing.
• Guide the client's technical team through end-to-end migration and provide expert direction.
• Map SFMC journeys, automations, segmentation logic, and messaging programs into Braze.
• Identify dependencies, migration risks, data issues, and gaps before impact.
• Review migrated data, configurations, campaigns, and workflows for readiness.
