Omilia Natural Language Solutions Ua Ltd in Colombia seeks an experienced AI Delivery Lead to own end-to-end conversational AI deployments. You will translate client requirements into scalable CX architectures and drive delivery with cross-functional teams.

You will mentor junior engineers, contribute to internal tooling, and stay ahead on GenAI capabilities to improve delivery quality and customer experience. Fluency in English required.

Formación

• 5+ years delivering conversational AI/IVR/IVA in enterprise settings.
• Proven delivery track record with major platforms: Omilia OCP, Cognigy, Kore.ai, CCAI, Nuance, Lex.
• Hands-on VUI/voice dialog design including prompts and error handling.
• Knowledge of ASR/NLU in telephony: 8 kHz audio, barge-in, DTMF fallback.
• Experience integrating GenAI/LLM capabilities into production systems.
• Proficiency in Python or Node.js for back-end integrations.
• Experience with CX and contact centre infra (IVR, SIP, CTI, omnichannel).
• Understanding of KPIs like containment rate and CSAT.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and deploy end-to-end conversational AI solutions on Omilia platform.
• Integrate GenAI capabilities into production deployments (RAG, embeddings, prompts).
• Manage contact centre integrations: IVR, SIP, CTI, omnichannel APIs.
• Lead technical client conversations and translate requirements to architectures.
• Collaborate with architects, product, platform, RD, and pre-sales to align on needs.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and contribute to tooling and documentation.
