AI Rudder Pte Ltd seeks an experienced professional to design, implement, and optimize conversational AI solutions for enterprise customers. You will work across voice and chat agents, leveraging LLMs and RAG concepts to deliver scalable, data-driven improvements.

Collaboration with sales, CS and engineering is essential to translate client challenges into effective technical configurations. The role emphasizes end-to-end project management, performance monitoring, and delivering high-quality

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering, Technical, or related field is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Data-driven mindset to derive insights from data
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and prompt engineering
• Nice to have: experience in intelligent customer service or conversational AI
• Familiarity with ASR/TTS or NLU models
• Direct industry experience in collections or customer service
• Solid programming understanding for collaboration with engineering teams

Responsabilidades

• Design, write, and configure natural dialogue scripts and robust conversation flows for AI agents.
• Analyze key challenges with clients and translate them into actionable configuration plans.
• Monitor AI agent performance and drive continuous improvements in dialogue quality.
• Lead end-to-end project management from requirements to go-live and delivery.
