AI Rudder, an AI product company, is seeking a skilled Conversation Designer to architect and implement dialog flows for AI agents across voice and chat channels. You will translate client challenges into robust configurations, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements in dialogue quality and workflow efficiency.

This role offers a full-time remote position in Colombia, with opportunities to work with global clients and cutting-edge LLM technologies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering, Technical, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for deconstructing complex processes.
• Data-driven mindset, able to derive insights from data to inform decisions.
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and knowledge of prompt engineering and RAG concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Design, write, and configure natural dialogue scripts and robust conversation flows for AI agents using our platform.
• Analyze client needs with CSM/Sales to translate them into detailed configuration plans with intents, dialogue states, and response logic.
• Monitor AI agent performance post-launch and drive continuous improvements in dialogue quality and workflow efficiency.
• Lead and manage end-to-end implementation from requirements to go-live, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives.
