TP is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Consultant to lead discovery sessions, design AI-driven solutions, and deliver compelling demonstrations for global clients. This remote Colombia role collaborates with Product, Build, Delivery, and Customer Experience teams to craft scalable AI architectures and reference documents.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in related roles, strong English, and a track record with CX, contact center tech, and enterprise platforms, working across multi-regional teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting, or similar client-facing roles.
• Experience with AI solutions, CX, Contact Center technologies, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Platforms.
• Experience collaborating with global or multi-regional teams.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical discovery sessions to identify customer business challenges and define tailored AI-driven solution approaches.
• Design and deliver POCs, product demonstrations, and technical presentations to validate solutions and accelerate deal closure.
• Collaborate with Product, Build, Delivery, Business Development, and Customer Experience teams to design scalable AI and enterprise technology solutions.
• Develop and maintain solution documentation, knowledge assets, reference architectures, and enablement materials for global teams.
