Omilia Natural Language Solutions Ua Ltd is seeking a senior Solution Consultant in Colombia to lead technical pre-sales for strategic accounts. You will design architecture, run discovery, deliver customised POC demonstrations, and craft rigorous RFP/RFI responses.

You will collaborate with Account Executives, Engineers, and Security teams to ensure technically sound, deliverable solutions and compelling business value for customers across Latin America.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years in a pre-sales solutions consulting, sales engineering, or technical advisory role in enterprise SaaS/CCaaS.
• Proven track record owning the technical pre-sales motion for complex enterprise deals.
• Ability to design architecture, perform discovery, POC delivery, and RFP/RFI responses.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical discovery engagements mapping current-state architecture and automation gaps.
• Design Omilia-based solutions addressing customer environment and integration landscape.
• Develop tailored technical responses mapping platform capabilities to use cases and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Demo Engineers to deliver customised product demonstrations and POC engagements.
• Own the RFP/RFI responses for opportunities and ensure technical sections are complete and accurate.
• Engage IT architects and stakeholders, communicating technical and business value clearly.
