ElevenLabs, a leading AI research and product company, seeks an ambitious Account Executive in Colombia to drive revenue from new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI. You will partner with teams to deliver impact through voice technology and scalable AI solutions, focusing on customer engagement, automation, and monetization opportunities.

The role requires 7+ years in SaaS sales, fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first

Formación

• 7+ years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology company, ideally with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based products, or API platforms.
• Experience selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of meeting & exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Expertise or willingness to learn everything about voice and audio AI and how our solutions can help prospects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• A hybrid of customer & product-driven mentality that prioritizes client satisfaction & scale.
• Fluency in English and Spanish and a deep understanding of the regional and cultural nuances.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries adopting conversational AI to help ElevenLabs meet its revenue goals.
• Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends.
• Demonstrate expertise—or a strong willingness to learn—about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and more.
