Job summary

The Ward Law Group is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to support plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through resolution, under attorney supervision. The role requires coordinating with clients, medical providers, insurers, and attorneys to move cases forward efficiently.

Responsibilities include handling 80–120 BI cases, maintaining accurate Litify records, and communicating in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in plaintiff personal injury case management.
• Experience handling personal injury claims, including familiarity with no-fault, bodily injury (BI), and UM/SUM claims.
• Experience working in a plaintiff personal injury law firm.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational, communication, and case management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage an average caseload of 80 to 120 personal injury cases while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.
• Coordinate with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers, and attorneys to support timely case progression and resolution.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date case documentation and activity records in Litify.
• Assist with case-related activities and legal support functions under attorney supervision.
• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish as needed.
• Monitor claim status and proactively follow up on outstanding items to prevent delays and advance case resolution.
• Ensure compliance with firm procedures, documentation standards, and case management best practices.
