Job summary

Get Linked up LLC is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager for a fully remote, independent contractor role. You will support law firms nationwide by guiding clients, coordinating medical records, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Ideal candidates have at least two years in legal case management, excellent organizational and communication skills, and fluency in English. A High School Diploma is required; a BS/BA or Paralegal certificate is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of personal injury case management experience.
• Experience with medical records and HIPAA practices.
• Ability to work remotely and manage caseload independently.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for clients and manage timely communication and transportation as needed.
• Open and manage client files in case management software and gather documents.
• Collaborate with law firms, insurers, and medical providers to coordinate services.
• Oversee medical requests, treatment plans, and case billing while ensuring timelines.
