Job summary

HireHawk Inc. is seeking a Case Manager – Personal Injury (Pre-Litigation) to own an assigned caseload from intake through settlement or transfer to litigation.

You will be the central point of coordination between injured clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, demand writers, and supervising attorneys. You’ll work remotely on a Monday–Friday Pacific Time schedule, with 8:30 AM–5:00 PM hours; the role requires 2–3+ years supporting U.S.

Qualifications

• Manage pre-litigation matters from intake through medical treatment, demand preparation, and settlement.
• Communicate with injured clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
• Maintain complete, accurate case records in the case management system.
• Coordinate medical treatment, referrals, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Prepare files for demand writers and settlement coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned portfolio of personal injury cases from intake through demand, settlement, or transfer to litigation.
• Keep clients informed about case status, medical treatment, upcoming steps, and requirements.
• Coordinate medical treatment, referrals, appointments, and follow-ups to keep care on track.
• Review and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documents.
• Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claim status and settlement progress.
• Monitor timelines, deadlines, and documentation to prevent delays.
• Identify issues early and escalate to supervising attorneys as needed.
• Support settlement coordination and file readiness with demand writers.
• Maintain organized case records in the CMS.
