Job summary

Job Duck, LLC is hiring a Personal Injury Intake and Case Manager I to coordinate between clients, medical providers, insurers, courts, and legal staff. You will manage intake, gather information, and help move cases forward in a fast-paced remote environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with experience in personal injury workflows and strong client communication skills. This role offers remote work with US-based clients and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in personal injury case workflows.
• Strong client communication skills and professional discretion.
• Experience managing multiple active cases independently.
• Familiarity with NEOS by Assembly, RingCentral and MS Office.
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Following up on outstanding requests with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and third parties
• Reporting claims and assisting with claim-related processes
• Communicating with courts regarding case-related matters and updates
• Monitoring case progress and helping move files through each stage of the case lifecycle
• Requesting and obtaining medical records and supporting case documentation
• Conducting client intake activities and gathering necessary information and documentation
• Identifying and proactively resolving case bottlenecks
• Tracking deadlines and outstanding items to ensure timely completion
• Coordinating with attorneys and legal staff regarding next steps and case developments
• Providing case updates and maintaining regular communication with clients
• Maintaining accurate and organized records within the case management system
