Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through resolution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and support.
• Communicate professionally with medical providers, insurance adjusters, attorneys, and other parties.
• Maintain accurate case documentation, records, and correspondence.
• Coordinate appointments, gather necessary case information, and follow up on requests.
• Handle administrative tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support attorneys and legal staff with case management activities.
